A folding wall hw is integratedly formed on an end part of an inside of the resin frame. The folding wall hw is hung down from the end part of the inside of the resin frame, and is formed in a elbow shaped cross section having a first and a second band shaped walls hw1, hw2. A lower frame S and right and left frames are similarly formed. A first belt shaped wall of the folding wall of each frame has a commonly vertical surface, and is consecutive in a hollow plate shape. A second belt shaped wall is consecutive in a cylindrical shape wherein a peripheral wall is right angled. An end part of each frame of dressing frames abuts on the first and the second belt shaped wall, so that it is possible to easily and accurately position in an outdoor direction and a direction of a center of a window. Furthermore, an appearance of introspection can be improved since a space does not appear to introspection of the window.
