The browser of the user PC10 which receives the communication of the IP address connects with a contents server 50 corresponding to the IP address received form the DNS server 34, and the connected contents server 50 recognizes the accessed virtual host based on the IP address, and transmits an HTML file for displaying contents to be provided by the virtual host to the user PC10.
