A circulator 23 to an upper face 23a of which an opening 23b in coaxial connection is formed. A support section 6d is provided to an upper position of the circulator 23 and a coaxial body 20 is fixedly supported in the inside and connects with an antenna 3. The height of the circulator 23 is selected nearly equal to a height of an inner face of the cover 6b, and a shield use choke 6f and a shield packing 27 are provided and shielded to a position with a prescribed diameter around a connection end face of the opening 23b and the coaxial body 20 in a torus shape respectively.
