SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DOCUMENT PROCESSING, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the secrecy of secret document information by permitting reading or distribution of the secrete document information only when the handing qualification that is previously set is satisfied and also to manage the sending destinations of the secret document information via a document manager. SOLUTION: A document preparation part 1 adds the document management information including the information on the handing qualification of the document information to the document information to prepare the object document information, enciphers the object document information and adds the signature of a document manager, a document transmission part 2 specifies a transmitter and a receiver to request transmission of the object document information, checks the information on the handling qualification of the document management information on the object document information and transmits the object document information only when both transmitter and receiver satisfy the handling qualification. A document receiving part 3 confirms the signature of the object document information to authenticate the transmitter, decodes the object document information and receives the object document information only when the handling qualification included in the document management information is satisfied.
