description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to subject end part-engaging members and a cylindrical member to always strong coupling and to locally limit the range of the end part deformation of the cylinder by coupling the end part-engaging members to a cylindrical body via annular materials having the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately equal to the cylindrical body. SOLUTION: The cylindrical member 1 is constituted by securely coupling the end part-engaging members 1, of which the main portions consist of resins, to the cylindrical body 5 by the annular members 3 having the thermal expansion approximately equal (a range not exceeding 20% of the upper and lower ranges of the coefficient of thermal expansion of the cylindrical body 5), then coupling these members to the cylindrical member by press-fitting, adhering, heating and cooling. Namely, part of the cylinder is not subjected to machining, such as bending and cutting, by which the range of the end part deformation of the cylinder is extremely reduced and the device may be made compact. Further, the end part-engaging members of which the main portions consist of the resins are coupled via the material having the coefficient of thermal expansion approximately equal to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the cylindrical body and, therefore, the relaibility of the coupling may be improved.
