description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary chair which enables a user to rest the legs while moving around for shopping, appreciation of exhibitions, etc. SOLUTION: This auxiliary chair has a backbone part 1, a front wheel arm part 2, leg parts 3R and 3L, a seat part 4 and waist supporting parts 5R and 5L. The front wheel arm part 2 extends laterally from one end of the backbone part 1 and is provided with casters at both ends. The leg parts 3R and 3L are rod-like members turnably connected at one end to the backbone part 1, have the casters at the front end and are openable to a tripod form. The seat part 4 is located on the side of the backbone part 1 reverse from the side where the leg parts 3R and 3L open. The back supporting parts 5R and 5L are located in the sections of the backbone part 1 on the side reverse from the side of the front wheel arm part 2 across the seat part 4. In a use state, the front surface of the seat part 4 is approximately paralleled with the ground surface at a height of 50 to 70 cm. The back supporting parts 5R and 5L are disposed in the state of extending forward and laterally from the position above the seat part 4 of the backbone part 1. |
