Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly dissolve an organic acid in hot water used when boiling boiled wheat vermicelli, etc. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by adding and mixing sodium hydrogencarbonate with an organic acid which is in a powdery form at normal temperature such as adipic acid, malic acid or citric acid. The resultant composition is added to hot water to thereby produce bubbles and promote the dissolution of the organic acid.
