description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation of adjusting slackness in and anchoring an outdoor wire for subscribers, by fixing a horizontal rod in a hollow utility pole below anchoring hardware to turn around the tension-resistant wire of an outdoor wire pulled down from a lead-in area. SOLUTION: An outdoor wire 39 is led in from the upper part of a hollow utility pole 1, and pulled down into the hollow utility pole 1 through a guide pipe. The other end of the outdoor wire 39 is anchored to a subscriber's house. When pulled down into the hollow utility pole 1 and coming out of an opening 25, the outdoor wire 39 is separated into a core wire 39a and a tension-resistant wire 39b. Then the tension-resistant wire 39b passes by anchoring hardware 45, is turned around on a horizontal rode 47, and pulled out of the opening 25. Thereafter, the operator pulls the tension-resistant wire 39b to adjust slackness in the outdoor wire 39. At this time the operator only has to diagonally pull upward the tension wire 39b, and the operator can easily exert tensile force. In addition, since there is frictional force between the tension-resistant wire 39b and the horizontal rod 47, the tension wire 39b is not pulled back even if the tensile force is slightly weakened. Therefore, slackness can be adjusted little by little. |
