Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for realizing high energy density by providing an electrode composition having an active material containing at least three components of polyaniline, polypyrrole and a guinone compound, a conductive agent and a binding agent and a current collector for carrying the electrode composition. SOLUTION: A quinone compound has desirably at least a single sulfonic group and at least two hydroxy groups, or has at least a set of conjugate quinone structure, and an active material is a polymer electrode containing a mixture by mixing a complex of polyaniline and a quinone compound synthesized by doping the quinone compound, with polypyrrole at the rate of (9:1) to (1:1) in the weight ratio of the complex to the polypyrrole. The comparatively large area can be easily manufactured by impregnating or applying electrode composition slurry into or to a current collector. Thus, a battery having large capacitor capacity can be inexpensively provided. |
