Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make preparable a photosensitive emulsion having high dispersibility and low fog and to suppress the inclusion of impurities due to the friction of an apparatus and media in dispersion by using a nonmetal as a material of a medium agitation type dispersing machine coming into contact with ceramic beads. SOLUTION: A medium agitation type dispersing machine agitates a stock fluid poured from the inlet 1 together with ceramic beads 3 by means of a rotor 2 and disperses the stock fluid. Parts of the rotor 2 and a stator 4 subjected to contact with the ceramic beads 3 comprise a nonmetal. An inorganic material such as a carbon or graphite material or ceramics or an organic material such as a resin is used as the nonmetal. The ceramic beads 3 preferably comprise yttrium stabilized zirconia or zirconia reinforced alumina less liable to produce impurities by the friction of the beads and the dispersing machine in dispersion.
