The displacement regulating part 21 engaged with the locking opening part 20 is formed in the upper rail 2 so that the displacement regulating part 21 is directly positioned on the side of the lock claw parts 3 engaged with the locking opening part 20. Lock releasing operating force is inputted to the second extended part 10c.
