The control part 16 outputs the dial number, where a header number which switches setting whether or not the caller number is informed, if needed to the telephone number of the opposite party to an ISDN (integrated service digital network) circuit side from an S/T interface part 14, by adjusting it to a more frequent case between cases when the caller number is informed from the history of the memory part 15 and when it is not informed.
