Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and releasability of a molding die and to avoid fusion to glass by forming a film of oxide of the same element as the principal component of the base material of the die on at least the molding surface of the base material, an alumina film on the oxide film and an aluminum nitride film on the alumina film. SOLUTION: An oxide film has a great affinity for an alumina film and high adhesive strength is ensured. Diffusion due to A1 common to the alumina film and an aluminum nitride film is caused between the films and high adhesion is ensured because of the common element. The aluminum nitride film is excellent in releasability to glass and does not cause fusion to glass. The oxide film is preferably formed by oxygen ion implantation. When the films are formed by treatments in the same system, dynamic mixing is preferably adopted.
