Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flour quality by forming a mortar space between the stationary automated mortar and rotary automated mortar in a mortar section and forming mortar rugged lines continuously formed with a plurality of hollow grooves and projecting parts on the disk surface of the stationary automated mortar and the rotary automated mortar and forming hollow grooves to arcuate groove faces. SOLUTION: The flour mill of a small size used for flour milling of rice, wheat, soybeans, etc., consists of a hopper section, mortar section, drive section, discharge section and machine bed section. The mortar section consists of the stationary automated mortar 6 and the rotary automated mortar 7. The mortar rugged lines 6a, 7a are formed on the surface of the automated mortars 6, 7. The rotary automated mortar 7 is driven by the drive section. The mortar rugged lines 6a, 7a are constituted by continuously forming a plurality of the hollow grooves M and projecting parts F on the disk surfaces of the automated mortars 6, 7 and the groove faces of the hollow grooves M are formed to arcuate groove faces. The arcuate groove faces of the hollow grooves M are formed of arcs of 2 to 3 mm in radius and the base lines of the stripes are formed of lines inclining 8 to 20 deg. backward in the rotation direction with respect the radial line of the rotary automated mortar 7. |
