Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the welding without cutting the arc even in the case that a welding planned line is not a closed path, by shifting a robot from the planned point of the welding start in the case of developing no arc to execute the arc try, returning back to the planned point of the welding start in the state of keeping the arc in the case of developing the arc and welding along the planned welding line under the rated values of arc voltage and current. SOLUTION: When the count value in a retry counter is 0(zero) or even 1, 2, this welding fails in the arc start. In the case of developing the arc 2500 when the count value in the retry counter becomes S, this position becomes an arc start point AS. A welding torch 2000 is returned back to the planned point S of the welding start from the arc start point AS. During this interval, the welding is executed to a work for keeping the arc 2500. Thereafter, the welding is further executed along the planned welding line, in which the planned point S of the welding start is the starting point. The section from the planned point S of the welding start to the arc start point AS is welded while overlapping at two times. |
