Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of increasing the efficiency of the work of winding a shaft-molding prepreg on a mandrel. SOLUTION: A bias prepreg 22 is laid on a bias prepreg 21 in such a way as to deviate from the winding end of the bias prepreg 21 by half of the circumference of a mandrel and to have an orientation angle perpendicular to that of the bias prepreg 21. A very thin prepreg 1 with a fiber Metsuke (mass per unit area (g/m2)) of 20 to 30 g/m2 and a resin content of 60-80 wt.% is bonded throughout the width of the winding end 4 of the bias prepreg 21 and is bonded to the mandrel 3, with a shaft-molding prepreg 2 wound thereon to form a bias layer.
