Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of components of an oil-free water circulation compressor of a water pump which can prevent rusting and improve durability of an exposed surface of the components of the compressor and pump. SOLUTION: An A film 3 is formed first on an exposed surface of an component 4 by electroless Nickel method, that is, Kanigen process. The surface of the A film 3 is coated by a B film 1. A double film 2 composed of the A film 3 and the B film 1 are formed on the surface of the component 4. The B film 1 is made of solid lubricant film having advantages of fluororesin or epoxy resin. It shows excellent in evenness of film thickness, durability, weather durability and water-repellence. The component 4 does not show water- permeableness accordingly. Prefect waterproofness is thus attained. |
