description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration and shock coming from the outside from being propagated to a mechanical deck through a cover in a state the cover is positioned at a closing position and a recording medium is positioned at a loading position by separately providing means locking the cover of an outer package to the closing position and means locking the medium to the loading position. SOLUTION: When a cover 140 being in an opened state is pushed downward toward a closing position, a supplementary spring 147 is abutted on a hooking piece 251a, which moves a disk tray 250 toward a loading position. The disk tray 250 reached the loading position is locked with respect to a floatingly supported base chassis by allowing a pin to be locked 253b to be engaged with the locking edge 235b of a locking lever 234. The cover 140 reached the closing position is locked with respect to a fixing part by allowing a protrusion to be engaged 141a to be engaged with the locking pawl 123 of a cover locking plate 120. When the pressing is stopped, the cover 40 is returned upward a little and the contact between the supplementary spring 147 and the hocking piece 251a is interrupted.
