SOLUTION: A screw hole 5 having a diameter larger than that of a high power bolt 3 is formed in a side wall 1a of an rectangular steel pipe material 1 and a plug nut 4 with the outer periphery as a screw portion 7 is threadedly engaged with the screw hole 5 so as to threadly engaged the high power bolt 3 through a bolt passing hole 10 in a plate 2 with the plug nut 4 for high power bolt joint between the rectangular steel pipe 1 and the plate 2. The plug nut 4 is threadedly provided from the outside of the rectangular steel pipe material 1 to the screw hole 5 in the rectangular steel pipe material 1 and mounted thereto.
