description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper hiding properties and favorable lighting properties in combination of a resin plate, realize a favorable contrast between a light scattering facial region and a light non-scattering facial region and realize the clear appearance of the boundary line between the regions by a method wherein a plurality of parallel projecting strips in the light scattering facial region meander flexingly so as to extend themselves in random directions. SOLUTION: This light permeable resin plate has a structure that a light permeable weatherability imparting layer is laminated onto the whole upper surface of a light permeable resin board and, at the same time, light permeable surface rein layers are locally laminated onto the top surface of the weatherability imparting layer. A facial region, onto which each surface resin layer having an infinite number of fine projecting strips 1a therein is laminated, forms a light scattering facial region 1. While a flat facial region, in which the weatherability imparting layer is exposed, forms a transparent facial region 2. The projecting strips 1a in the light scattering facial region 1 meander flexingly so as to extend themselves in random directions. Concretely, a plurality of the projecting strips 1a form flexingly meandering projecting strip groups, which extend themselves in random directions so as to form the light scattering facial region 1, resulting in strongly and complicatedly scattering transmitted lights by means of these projecting strips 1a. |
