Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt snow on a floating roof efficiently by utilizing the heat of a stored liquid. SOLUTION: At required circumferential arrangement intervals, many circulation tubes 14 with water 21 sealed in them are radially fitted to a double-deck- structured floating roof 5A having an upper deck 4a and a lower deck 4b. The circulation tubes 14 each comprises a heat-absorption tube part 14a which is disposed in contact with a stored liquid 9, a radiation tube part 14c which is disposed along the underside of the upper deck 4a, and convection tube parts 14b and 14d connecting both ends of the heat-absorption tube part 14a and radiation tube part 14c. Heat received in the heat-absorption tube part 14a is transmitted to the upper deck 4a by the radiation tube part 14c, thereby melting snow.
