A resin containing 0.1-20 pts.wt. polyoxazoline in which oxazoline group concentration in the dry condition is 0.1-100 m mol/g, or isocyanate group in which NCO % is 1-50 in the dry condition, is added. A resin of 1-20 pts.wt. containing isocyanate group in which NCO % in the dry condition is 1-50 is preferably added to 100 pts.wt. methacrylic acid ester copolymer whose hydroxyl number in the dry condition is 1-100.
