The present invention concerns a multi-functional modular structure for containing natural and/or artificial embankments of the type that comprises a number of cages each consisting of the assembly and superimposition of vibrated concrete parts comprising a longitudinal front part with a basin consisting of a front frame and a slab with two equal rectangular pass-through seats arranged symmetrically about the central axis of the slab; a bracing part at the side having near its symmetrical ends pairs of equal and opposite projections; a tapering bracing part, having near its symmetrical ends pairs of equal and opposite projections and a further equal projection suitably placed on the corresponding side of the tapered bracing part; a rear longitudinal part having near its ends pairs of equal and opposite seats; a bracing part for barriers, having a double T shape; an anchoring bracing part, with a T shape, having on the leg an oblique through cavity; a part that rests on the ground; a part in an essentially rectangular ring, forming an internal slot.
