Zusammenfassung:	An extn. unit (1) draws fumes through two openings (3, 4) and discharges them into a chimney (5). The suction hood is divided into two sections (6, 7) which serve the rearward and forward gps. of hotplates respectively. The sections may be operated either singly or together, and in special circumstances two blowers may be used, one for each of the openings which carry fumes from the respective hood sections. ADVANTAGE - The deg. of fume capture and efficiency of extn. are increased by more rapid air flow in the front portion of the hood, with less noise.
