Into one (8) of said branches (8, 9) there is connected a static switch (14) which is also connected to the other (9) of said branches (8, 9). Any short-circuiting of said dynamo (6) or blockage of said rotor (7) results in inhibition of said switch (14) and hence in a variation in the input electrical signal to said unit (1), this latter then acting on the electric motor.
