Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To carry out surgical treatment of non-emmetropia precisely and speedily by forming an unit to disperse laser radioactive-energy density uniformly as a waveguide having a rectangular cross-section. CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet pulse producing laser 1, a diaphram 2 having a rectangular cross-section, an unit 3 to disperse laser radioactive energy-density injected by the laser 1 uniformly and an additional lense 4 positioned across the diaphram 2 along a passage of radioactive ray injected by the laser 1, are bonded integratedly. Thereby, a complete averaging of an interference pattern is made at an outlet end of the waveguide 5 due to vibration produced in two vertical directions respectively by means of a lens 4. Therefore, actually complete utilization of laser energy and an optional distribution of radioactive energy density at an output part, can be realized to increase precision of an operation substantially and shorten an operation time to at least half.
