Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	Apparatus for detecting and measuring oil slicks on water for pollution control includes a signal transmitting and receiving unit (1) to obtain hydrometeorlogical data for processing in a data storage blocks (2) connected to a visual monitoring device (3). The block includes an electron beam storage device (6) with a changeover switch (7) controlling the type of operation. The electron beam device receives signals from a focussing and deflection unit with a deflection voltage converter (9) and former (10) in series. Also included is a video signal amplifier (5) with an amplitude filter (4) at the output side of the receiving and transmitting unit. This amplifier is followed by video signal changeover switch (14) interconnected with a reading signal changeover switch (13) and the storage device. The visual monitor has an electron beam tube giving an half tone image within a wide brightness range.
