Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The device contains a computer unit (1) and a brake force adjusting unit (3) controlled by the electromagnetic valves (4,5). The computer unit (1) is connected with these valves (5) and (6) through the power amplifiers (10,11). The two electromagnetic valves are normally open. The first is a pressure reducing valve and the second is a pressure retarding valve. The pressure reducing valve (4) is located in the brake fluid pipe (6) for the adjusting unit (3) between the pressure retarding valve (5) and the brake valve itself (7). The computer unit has a wheel speed into voltage converter, obtaining its values from a speed sensor (2), a differentiator, a shaper of synchronous signals and a two-channel shaper of asynchronous signals. The adjusting unit comprises a source of compressed air (30) with a pipe connection with an acceleration valve (32) and then to the brake cylinder (31) on one side and on the other with the brake itself. Before braking the piston (38) is at its top position, but if the driver brakes using valve (7), pressure can flow from source through valves to space (39), depresssing piston until valve (45) also is depressed, and this allows pressure into space (36), operating the brakes. If there is locking, one of the valves (4) or (5) closes, according to a characteristic curve, stopping pressure going into space so that valve closes and the brakes are released.
