PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PER SINGOLARIZZARE, TRASPORTARE E POSIZIONARE PARTI DI UN MATERIALE FLESSIBILE

The invention relates to a process for the individual separation, transportation and positioning of parts made of flexible material, especially of textile blank parts from a stack, by means of a doffer, opening device and separating slide, and to an apparatus for carrying out the process. The object on which the invention is based is to achieve an adaptation to the varying stack height and stack rigidity by simple means. According to the invention, at the start of the process the doffer is adjusted to a specific working plane above the stack which is obtained when the undersides of the doffer and separating slide are at the same level, and, during each cycle, the stack is moved towards this doffer located in the working plane. The tips of the separating slide constantly overlap a piece of the uppermost blank part on the stack.
