Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of ion exchange with the formation of a complex or chelate using complex- forming polymers and can be used in the nonferrous metallurgy and hydrometallurgy of indium, for extracting indium from waste waters, in the chemical industry, and also for producing substances of particular purity. A method for producing a complex-forming sorbent for the selective extraction of indium, the method comprising introducing hemediphosphonic functional groups, wherein, in order to increase the selectivity and sorption capacity with respect to indium, the heme-diphosphonic functional groups are introduced by processing a sphero-granulated crosslinked macro-porous copolymer of acrylonitrile and divinylbenzene with phosphorous acid at a temperature of 14O-160C for 13-35 hours. The synthesis process is conducted within a temperature range of 1OO-130C in the presence of a diluent (chlorobenzene). The technical result is the introduction of heme-diphosphonic functional groups by processing a sphero-granulated crosslinked macro-porous copolymer of acrylonitrile and divinylbenzene with phosphorous acid, which results in a simplification of the production technology, and in an increase in the capacity and selectivity of the sorbent being synthesized in relation to indium, which improves the set of use properties of said material.
