Zusammenfassung:Gibberellic acid A3 and its by-prods. fujenal and gibberellin A4 and A7 produced simultaneously in Fusarium moniliforme cultures are sepd. by concentrating the fermentation liquor, extracting with ethyl-acetate and eliminating the A3 acid from the extract. Further extn. with potassium-hydrogen-phosphate yields gibberelins A4 and A7 which are pptd. and transformed into water soluble potassium salts. - The ethyl-acetate phase is concentrated until crystallisation sets in, this is continued with cooling. The resulting fujenal is opt. transformed into its potassium salt.
