Wind turbine with wings arranged vertically and in any turn of the lower axis they return similarly to the blowing wind, adjusted on a cylindrical axis, placed horizontally and its two ends are set on ball bearing bases and left to rotate freely around itself. The wings are adjusted around the middle of the length of the axis in a perimetric row and at equal distances to one another (like a wheel) and they are exposed to the blowing wind via the permanent placement of the entire system of wind turbine at a visible free position elevated from all sides. The rotational motion towards this direction without any compensatory pressure and diversions is achieved through the combined means of the assembly a) the semi-revealed in the wind and pressure taken surfaces of the wings by the upper half of each rotation; b) the semi-revealed surfaces of the wings (protected) from the wind within the ground or within the special chamber by the lower half of each rotation, to prevent compensatory pressures and balancing tensions to be exercised in the pursued work of the rotation at the same direction; c) the assistance of motor wind-rudder place on the tail section of the entire assembly, namely on the exact opposite part of the wind impact and the automated maintaining of the wind turbine system (of the surface of the wings by the upper half of each rotation) VERTICALLY to the blowing wind; and d) through the application on the rotating axis of generator part for further action.
