Zusammenfassung:There is disclosed a dirt separator 100 for a vacuum cleaner, comprising a dirt separation chamber 101 extending along a longitudinal axis from an opening 102 to an outlet 106, and a filter assembly 120 extending parallel to the longitudinal axis and dividing the dirt separation chamber into a dirt collection chamber 108 upstream of the filter assembly, and an outlet chamber 103 downstream of the filter assembly. The outlet chamber has a cross-sectional area that is substantially constant along a length of the filter assembly.
