Clamping mechanism for vibration fruit-picking machine, and working method thereof

The clamping mechanism includes a frame 5 and a pair of clamping cylinders 2 arranged symmetrically to the left and right of the frame; piston rods of the pair of clamping cylinders are opposite to each other; end parts of the piston rods of the clamping cylinders are rotatably connected to corresponding clamping plates 6; and clamping working surfaces of the clamping plates are of an arc surface structure to cooperate with a clamped tree trunk. The end parts of the piston rods of the pair of clamping cylinders may be rotatably connected to the corresponding clamping plates through fisheye bearings 3 and rotation pins 4. Fisheye connecting slots may be provided at rear parts of the clamping plates and provided with pin holes in side walls of the fisheye connecting slots and fisheye holes of the fisheye bearing may be aligned with the pin holes in order to facilitate insertion of the rotating pins. A working method of use of a clamping mechanism is also disclosed.
