| Zusammenfassung: | An ab exercise device comprises a first tube member 102, a second tube member 104 movable with respect to the first tube member 102, an elastic member 106 resisting the downward movement of the second tube member 104 and moving upward the second tube member 104 with respect to the first tube member, a first and a second side parts 114,116 for supporting the device respectively against a first and a second surface, the first and the second side part 114,116 being arranged respectively to a first and a second side of the first tube member 102, and a top part 110 for pressing down the second tube member 104. The elastic member 106 may include at least one resistance band. A user may rest the side parts 114 and 116 on their thighs and place their arms on the top part 110. The user may then press down the top part forcing the second tube downwardly against the resistance of the elastic member to exercise the user's abs. |
