Zusammenfassung: | A system for producing 3D video using first and second cameras on first and second axes. The second camera has a field of view (FOV) overlapping with the first camera's FOV. The second axis is at a convergence angle relative to the first axis. A control computer changes the inter-camera distance by effectively moving the second camera laterally, and changes convergence angle by effectively rotating the second camera. The control computer automatically calculates the inter-camera distance and convergence angle based on the distance of a user to the display screen, working distance of the cameras, zoom settings, and size of the screen, and effectively moves the second camera accordingly. A keystone correction is performed to account for the camera projections, the frames are rotationally aligned, and the corrected/aligned frames are combined to produce a 3D image frame that is displayed on a 3D display screen. |
