description An aircraft fuel system ball valve (fig.2a,100) has an integrated valve housing 120 with a support portion (fig.2a,116), and a ball housing (fig.2a,115) with a first conduit 113 and an opposing aperture 122; a ball 112 received in the ball housing; and a second conduit 114. The second conduit and aperture have complimentary engagement features (such a snap-fit features or a bayonet fitting) so the second conduit may be removably attached. A seal may be provided on an inner surface of the aperture or an outer surface of an interface of the second conduit received in the aperture. The valve housing may be moulded from carbon reinforced polyether ether ketone (PEEK). Preferably, the engagement features are arranged around the periphery of the aperture and an end of second conduit. Snap-fit engagement features may have a resilient part which is deflected during assembly and engages an internal recess of the second conduit when assembled; an aperture in the housing is aligned with the snap-fit features to allow disassembly. Bayonet connections may utilise a sprung pin as a latch to maintain alignment of the second conduit and the housing.
