Zusammenfassung:	A running apparatus for running tubulars in a drilling rig, comprising a torque frame 310 mounted on a main shaft 302 connectable to a rotor of a top drive (TD) and a link tilt apparatus 308 comprising a swivel (440 Fig 15) arranged above the torque frame 310 and moveable arms 322 depending therefrom for facilitating movement of a tubular into a mouth of the torque frame 310. Said swivel (440) is fixed to hold said link tilt apparatus static while the torque frame 310 is holding or rotating a tubular.
