Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a storage system for use in a vehicle. The system includes a means for covering a recess (70) in said vehicle (10) comprising a cover (45) movable between a first position in which access to the recess (70) is prevented and a second position in which access to the recess (70) is unobstructed; and magnetic attachments means (80) that anchors the cover (45) to the vehicle (10) to maintain the cover in each of the first and second positions. The recess may be provided in the floor of the vehicle, and the cover attached by means of pivots (90). The vehicle may be of the flatbed pick up type.
