Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An electric hand tool comprises a sole 109 with a lateral guide 104 attached thereto, a cutter 107 driven by shaft 106, a motor 119 which drives shaft 102, which is perpendicular to shaft 106 and drives the same via bevel gears 118. The motor housing forms the handle for the tool. A second adjustable sole 110, allows the depth of cut made by cutter 107 to be adjusted. The height of lateral guide 104 may also be adjusted via control knob 115. The angle of the lateral guide relative to sole 109 may also be adjustable. Alternatively in some embodiments the sole and guide are fixed relative to one another, typically at right angles to one another. The tool may be used as a hand plane or a hand router. To allow the tool to be used to chamfer an edge, lateral guide 104 may have a chamfer 122 whilst sole 109 may have a v-shaped groove 123.
