Zusammenfassung:	A remote sensing, regulated voltage power supply system is disclosed. The power includes a controllable output power supply having a control input terminal. An output of the power supply is related to a voltage signal applied to the control input terminal. Power supply lines connect an electrical load to a power output of the power supply. A voltage sensing element is coupled to at least one of the power supply lines proximate the electrical load. A buffer circuit is coupled between the voltage sensing element and the control input terminal. In one embodiment, the buffer circuit includes a high impedance voltage comparator disposed proximate the power supply and coupled at one input to a voltage sensing. The voltage sensing line extends from the voltage sensing element to the voltage comparator.
