Zusammenfassung:	Cement moldings containing vegetable fiber which further comprises a nitrate are provided. Such cement moldings are produced by a method comprising a step mixing raw materials containing at least a vegetable fiber material, cement and water, a step molding the resultant mixed raw material, and a step curing the resultant molded product, wherein a nitrate is added in the mixing step or molding step and preferably the molded product is heated in the curing step. Cement moldings containing a vegetable fiber which are hardly affected by a substance to inhibit hardening and has a high strength can be produced with high efficiency and with a low cost.
