Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing a removable heat exchange element for a heat exchanger e.g. a cooling radiator for a car, comprises taking a length of tubing 1 which has been preformed to have opposed accurately flat surfaces, forming circular cross-section end portions, and bonding fins to the flat surfaces. Preferably the tubing has boon precoated with a metallic bonding agent such as solder or brazing material and the bonding includes heating the tubing and fins to melt the bonding agent, and then cooling the assembly.
