Zusammenfassung: | One edge 7 adjacent to the trailing edge 27 of a resilient tile 1 is made to contact a stop means 13 while the trailing edge is made to contact two independently adjustable dogs 15 on continuous conveyor belts 3 prior to an edge-finishing operation. The tile is held down by hold- down rollers 5 while the tile is so positioned. The two edges 7,9 adjacent to the trailing edge are edge-finished, preferably by two cylindrical shaper routers 11. The tile is then positioned on a second continuous belt with one of the finished edges 7,9 becoming the trailing edge and the remaining two edges are edge-finished. Plural tiles, one on top of another, may be independently registered and edge-finished together. |
