Zusammenfassung:	An anchorage element (3) having a dove-tail cross-section (thereby forming a recess in the reinforced concrete slab (2)), locates the end of a connection rod (5) in the recess. The rod (5) and the slab (2) are fixed together by packing (6) or by a wedge (not shown) or the end of the rod (5) is held in the element (3) by a push fit or by the shape of the recess defined by the element (3). The element (3) and/or the end of the rod (5) are made of an elastic material to dampen forces that could be transmitted by the rod.
