Zusammenfassung:	1294469 Valves HORNE ENG CO Ltd 4 Nov 1970 [5 Nov 1969] 54118/69 Heading F2V Thermostatic mixing valve, comprises a casing defining two inlet chambers 4, 5 and an outlet chamber 7. A cup-shaped valve sleeve 14 is movable axially in an opening between the chambers 4, 5 and co-operates with opposed seats 18, 19. The sleeve is operated by a thermostatic bellows 33 in the outlet chamber, via a push rod 34 which passes through the base of the valve sleeve 14 to abut an adjustable head 38. The ends of the sleeve are provided with sealing rings 25, 26, and the sleeve is sealed in the openby a ring 20. The end of the bellows remote from the push rod 34 is connected to a perforated tube 28 secured at its upper end to the base of the valve sleeve 14 and carrying at its lower end a pin 31 which retains a loading spring 40 and loose locating member 32. In a modification, the sealing rings 25, 26 are located in grooves in the end faces of the sleeve.
