A sampling circuit in which a gate 24 is periodically opened to charge a capacitor 2 to the instantaneous value of a signal from an input circuit 1 is characterized in that the low frequency components of the input and output signals are fed to a comparator 7, 8 to provide a control signal for drift correction. The control signal is derived from the output of amplifier 10 and controls the gain of output amplifier 6. A further comparison circuit 11, 12 and amplifier 14 provides correction for the input stage 1. |
