According to the present invention, with the planting method, the salt content of the soil in the sowing zone is reduced; and by combining theplanting method and the special fertilizer, the microbial environment is improved, and the populations and the quantity of the rhizosphere microorganisms are increased so as to improve the peanut root development, such that the great significance is provided in the promotion of the production of oil crops such as peanuts and the like in saline-alkali land.
