NOUVEAU SYSTEME D'EVENTATION POUR TOUT MOULE DE SOUFFLAGE ET PROCEDE DE REALISATION

The present invention relates to a novel system that allows air to be driven out from between the mould and the made part obtained by moulding and blow-moulding and to the method of producing same. It applies quite particularly although not exclusively to the mould used for the manufacture of plastic (PET) bottles. At least one cut (1) in the form of a groove or any other shape is formed on the internal wall (2) of the mould following a cutout (3) and potentially along the entire internal wall (2) of the mould, over all the parts that make up the mould. Each cut (1) is connected to at least one duct (4) for removing air to the outside. The number of cuts (1) and the number of ducts (4) are dependent on the number and nature of cutouts (3) of the mould to be reproduced. The system according to the invention notably makes it possible to optimise the reproduction of the shape by allowing the material used to be pressed better against the cutouts (3) of the mould, makes it possible to optimise profitability by reducing production and maintenance costs and makes it possible to obtain a better quality and more lightweight product.
