An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rotor. - Le rotor comporte : au moins un tambour (30) à disques de turbine amont et aval (6A, 6B) associés par leurs viroles respectives (7, 8) et portant, par des liaisons (9), les aubes radiales (10) ; un flasque cylindrique (20) entourant lesdites viroles et formant étanchéité avec les aubes (17) d'un disque redresseur de stator situé entre lesdits disques (6A, 6B) ; et un agencement d'air de ventilation pour lesdites liaisons (9) défini par l'amenée d'air dans l'espace annulaire (21) entre ledit flasque et ledit tambour en direction desdites liaisons. - Avantageusement, ledit flasque cylindrique (20) et lesdites viroles (7, 8) des disques amont (6A) et aval (6B) dudit tambour sont assemblés entre eux par soudage de manière à former une seule et même pièce.
